This is a little window into the life and beauty that is in The Silicon Forest, which is the west suburbs of Portland, Oregon. The Silicon Forest comprises mostly of the cities of West Portland, Beaverton and Hillsboro, Oregon. There are miles of paved and wood walkways that weave throughout most of the neighborhoods in these suburbs. Try to also imagine how clean and fresh the air smells, particularly when viewing the nature pictures.
I'm in total awe of the Giant Sequoia trees that I see in the area. I posted a few pictures of some of these trees, which are located in front of the Washington Square Courthouse in Hillsboro, Oregon. It's still hard to really get the proper perspective from the pictures, but they really are BIG!
Close to the entrance of the Tualatan Hills Nature Park was a very strange find. ...An inscription of a printed circuit on a big stone.
I posted a lot of pictures... so be prepared to scroll down a long way... but it will be worth it.
